SHIPPING METHODS

Generally, orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.

You can select from two shipping carriers, United Parcel Service (UPS®) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Kalahari Gold does not offer third party billing, nor do we ship cash on delivery (COD).

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We use USPS or UPS® to ship your orders to you. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

UPS® 

UPS offers the flexibility of several shipping methods: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited.

UPS®  will not deliver to PO Boxes or to an APO or FPO address.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS shipments can be sent to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. USPS offers only limited tracking information and has a 70 lb. maximum shipping weight.

If you order in bulk we ship via UPS®  or USPS Ground depending on quantity.

Shipping times are generally one to a few business days within the Continental United States, depending on the time of year. 

  • We are not responsible for delivery times, as we do not drive the mail truck but we will do everything within our power to assure you a fast delivery!
  • We are also not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to include the proper address.
  • Shipping for returned products due to incorrect addresses is the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure that you have the proper address.
  • We reserve the right to ask for additional shipping charges to resend products that were incorrectly/improperly addressed.

HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?

All available shipping methods and charges can be viewed and selected during the checkout process prior to entering payment information.

Our shipping charges and methods are determined by the type of product ordered, dimension and weight, and destination.

CAN I SHIP MY PRODUCTS TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Absolutely. You will be able to ship to another address during the checkout process.
Please enter the proper address, as we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses. Please see above for more information.  One address per order.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES?

We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses if you use USP

USPS will accept P.O Box addresses.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

ESTIMATED SHIP DATES:

Currently all shipping carriers have suspended time in transit guarantees, and delays are common. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are still prioritized and are the fastest shipping methods.

PROCESSING: In stock orders are typically shipped within 3-5 days of receipt excluding weekends and holidays (exceptions may be noted on individual items on the website). For out of stock items please refer to the product page to see when they will be back in stock.

For air shipments (UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air), the order cutoff time is 12 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) for guaranteed departure that day. Air services count only business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), so if you place an order on Thursday before 12 p.m. ET and choose 2nd Day Air, your order will arrive Monday. If a UPS Next Day Air order is placed on Friday before 12 p.m. ET it will arrive Monday.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery time is after processing from the time your order leaves our warehouse.

Please check the shipping times with UPS.com or USPS.comOur company is very confident in the UPS system and we have had much success shipping with UPS.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN YOU RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will receive an automatic email after your order has been placed with your order number and invoice. We require a valid email so that you receive this information and can contact you with any difficulties with your photo submission or order. It's important to note that some email services may screen emails and our confirmation email may go to your SPAM folder. Please add us to your address book to avoid this.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE  U.S. TERRITORIES?

The U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT?

If you have a UPS or FEDEX shipping account, please create a customer account and we will accommodate your shipping requirements. Fill in your shipping information and we will ship per your instructions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS/REFUNDS

For international orders, we ship USPS First Class International Mail without tracking. Please feel free to ask questions prior to ordering, as we do not accept returns on items.

  • We collect postage that simply covers our cost of shipping and handling from the United States via USPS First Class International Mail.
  • We DO NOT collect for any other duties or fees. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office and we have absolutely no control over this, nor do we know how much will be collected from you.
  • You might be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive their shipments. 
  • We also do not have any control over customs or the packages that they may randomly inspect, and cannot guarantee that your products will or will not be subject to searches through customs. We can tell you that the products that we ship are no more likely to be inspected than any other package.
  • We do not accept forced returns.

Please feel free to ask questions prior to ordering, as we do not accept returns on any items. It is important to note that undeliverable packages or packages that go unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping should your package return to us. We also reserve the right to refuse returns. Any package sent back to us without express written permission will result in it being treated as abandoned property.
